This Privacy Policy explains how Honeybee Technology Ltd. (“Rayzo,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, processes, shares, and protects your information when you use:

The Rayzo mobile application

Any related services (collectively, the “Services”)

We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

We act as the Data Controller for personal data processed through our Services, except where noted otherwise.

Because privacy laws differ by region:

Users under 13 may not use the Services (COPPA).

Users under the “digital consent age” (between 13–16, depending on the country) must have parental or guardian consent.

Where required by law, minors may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent.

Important: Rayzo does not use User Content to train Rayzo-owned AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.

Rayzo uses third-party AI engines, compute partners, and model providers (“Third-Party Providers”) to process User Content and generate Outputs.

By using Rayzo, you acknowledge and agree:

Your User Content may be transmitted to Third-Party Providers solely to generate Outputs.

Rayzo requires Third-Party Providers to implement appropriate security measures.

Rayzo does not control the independent practices of these providers, including:

Data retention policies

Whether they use content for model improvement

Where they store or process content

Rayzo is not responsible for the privacy practices, security controls, or actions of Third-Party Providers.

If you do not agree to third-party AI processing, do not use the Services.

Rayzo does not:

Use your photos or videos to train Rayzo-owned models

Create long-term face embeddings or identity profiles

Store “digital humans” or persistent face models

Sell your data

Share your content for advertising

Use your content for marketing

All face processing is session-based and non-persistent.

To generate Outputs.

Such as:

Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP)

Analytics (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude)

Crash reporting (e.g., Sentry)

Payment and subscription infrastructure

Where required by law, subpoena, or court order.

If Rayzo undergoes:

Merger

Acquisition

Sale of assets

your information may be transferred as permitted by law.

Rayzo does not share your data with advertisers.

We retain:

Account Data: until you delete your account

User Content: briefly for processing; deleted when no longer necessary

Outputs: stored in your app account until you delete them

Transactional Data: as required for legal and accounting purposes

Log & Analytics Data: for service improvement and security

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information except where retention is legally required.

Countries where Rayzo or its Third-Party Providers operate

These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Where legally required, we implement safeguards such as:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

Security controls with service providers

We do not collect, store, retain, or archive facial data.

We do not extract or create biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry data).

We do not perform facial recognition.

We do not build or maintain any facial recognition database.

We do not share facial data with third parties.

Facial images are processed solely for real-time AI rendering purposes.

Once the requested content has been generated, no facial data is retained on our servers.

All processing is limited to delivering the functionality requested by the user. We do not use facial data for identification, profiling, advertising, or analytics purposes.

We do not intend to collect or store facial data in the future.

We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Encryption in transit

Secure access control

Strict data access policies

Regular security evaluations

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

Request access to the personal data we hold.

We do not knowingly collect data from users who do not meet age requirements. Parents who believe their child has used Rayzo may contact legal@rayzo.ai to request deletion.
